Online FRAMEWORK Class

Housing Channel also offers online pre-purchase education through our partnership with Framework. You can take Framework’s self-paced homebuyer course at your convenience for a small fee on your smartphone, tablet or desktop/laptop. Framework meets HUD guidelines and is accepted by most local and national mortgage products. This online class a follow-up meeting with a HC housing advisor to complete certification for participation in local down payment assistance programs.*
